I was amazed seeing the Lloydminster Walmart as big as it is, despite the small population of the city it's still big to my surprise. However, the only way to keep and bring back Customer is by offering great and exceptional customer service which was greatly served by the Front Desk cashier on my visit.
What can you say? Parking lot is riddled with potholes, store itself is dirty, staff is rude and inventory is terrible. Only has the most basic supplies of anything and specializes in nothing. Groceries go bad within days. Nothing like the beautiful Walmart I worked in when it opened 10 years ago in Lloydminster. Needs a major overhaul to get staff that actually care about their jobs in all aspects from cleaning to filling shelves. Head office needs to attend unexpectedly and see for themselves.
Pretty great selection, almost the same as in the big cities. The staff are generally good ans its usually clean. Love the new self checkout
Friendly and helpful staff, a large variety of food, household and basically everything you need throughout your day. If you are looking to save money it's definitely worth the drive from surrounding areas, their prices are really good
The store is fine on the inside, unremarkable but acceptable.The disabled parking is always full of shopping carts, practically every time I have gone I have had to move several carts. For someone with a disability this is a pretty big inconvenience and sometimes i just park far away and hobble my crippled ass into the store.I would hope that walmart would clear the carts more often and that people would put their own carts away more often.
