Pinnacle Computers has hosted our email for years now, recently we added a Website and another business. They are totally awesome, affordable, knowledgeable and can relate to us business people who don't exactly know the right term to describe our issue. Love these folks. They are an intregral part of our business as our IT guru's. Highly recommend them.

WARNING: Please read this comment before you choose to throw away your money. We called Pinnacle Computers Inc to come in and service our business, at the time I had the old G series routers which I just wanted to replace with the N series to boost the speed a bit for my customers. The current bills we have paid Pinnacle exceed thousands of dollars PER visit from them. The first incident they send out 2 technicians who installed tons of new equipment to increase the speed and signal strength about 20-25 man hours later they were leaving and my internet was worse than ever so we told them please don't leave or come back tomorrow and resolve this. The next day another 20-25 man hours later the internet was still completely horrible at this point I am receiving complaints from customers and losing business as people refused to stay. After another day their technicians say the problem has been resolved so I go check it and its not my maintenance employee informs them that the issue is still prevalent and that we will need them to return tomorrow again. After calling them and inquiring when they would come they said a couple days which ended up taking over a week for them to come. To put into perspective all of the bills were paid on the spot so they had no reason to not return for more business to repair their own mistakes out of our pockets. So they install more very expensive equipment spend another 30-35 man hours with time with three technicians. The same day I am still getting complaints from customers who have been here for over a year claiming the problems is worse than ever new customers leaving after 30 minutes because they cannot connect to anything. So we contact them again stating there is still a issue never once did I demand anything free always paid bill the moment of completion of service. So I am told yes someone will be out tomorrow or in a couple days about 3 weeks later after calling every other day inquiring why and when I could please get a technician to service the problem I was just given empty promises after excuses. Then when the 1 technician finally shows up he says he cant seem to find a issue even though that day I have customers complaining non stop, I even had a customer who had been staying here well over a year inform him of the issues he was experiencing and how these did not exist prior to their arrival and work they did here. Pinnacle Computers Inc has done nothing but destroy the quality of our internet and essentially steal thousands of dollars for uncompleted service, and lost our company tons of business these guys are a bunch of THIEFS, LIARS, and completely UNEXPERIENCED individuals who lack complete professionalism. If you don't want them to steal money out of your pockets and provide you with the worst service you have ever experienced use someone else. Also I had to write this twice because the internet disconnected me and timed me made the page error.
Great service. They know what they are doing and don't charge you for extra services that you don't need/want. I recommend this place to anyone I know that needs computer repairs. Easily the best computer shop in town
Not a lot of stocked parts but they offer great service and can get whatever you need for your computing needs.
