Edited review: They removed all dumbells above 75lbs without telling the members. Speculation on facebook says that it was a corporate move to increase people who buy trainer services but just it feels more like a bad business move. The local staff are still great but the larger company should think more about their foundation demographic and try not to undermine them. This is bad public relations 101. Original review: Great facilities, cheap price. Includes free sauna, free tanning, one free trainer session. The workers are friendly and will do cool stuff like lend you lifting chalk and help you out. One thing to watch out for is that in order to cancel you need to give two months notice.
Workout equipment and staff are very good. The steam room is out of order more often than not. Parts apparently take months to come in. I would be a happy customer if they could get this problem addressed. P.S. steam room has been fixed and hasnt had a problem since.
Great friendly staff. Adrianne is a Great Trainer. She always happy and helpful. And very friendly.
We have been going to motion now for better than a year.The good - most of the staff are great, good selection of equipment, pretty good atmosphere, price is incredibly reasonable.The bad - right after work on week days tends to be the busiest and can be difficult to get on machines, when machine go down or are broken it takes a very long time before they are fixed.We do very much enjoy going here and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Staff were very helpful when I came from Saskatoon. Sad that you dont get the same level of service from Saskatoon to Lloyd but the lady at the front tried to make up for it!
