Very disappointed with this Brokerage, rented a property from them and they took white out to a legally binding lease contract and changed the dates with out consent or initials or notification of the change. This change was made after all parties had signed the lease!Then they refused to provide me with a copy of the inspection report after the time of inspection.Very disappointing, I thought using a big name like Coldwell banker they would be much more professional.
Brad couldn't even follow through on returning a phone call until I told them they had lost our business. That doesn't make me feel like I should trust this person to manage or list my home.
Brad and everyone at Coldwell were great to deal with and I would definitely rent from them again.
