Visited August 21 at 9pm and the young guy who served us brought our food right to our table. When we left he made sure to say goodbye and wish us a good night. As a manager for another fast food restaurant I would love to see such hospitality in my crew!
Go in and get a melt just to stand at the counter and watch my entire sandwich get microwaved to the point the sauce burned my mouth. Good going guys. Never again will I eat your food
went through the drive thru and we wanted to change our order, the girl at the first window misunderstood what i wanted to change which was understandble however i went to the next window realizing then the order was wrong and when i asked to change it, she was mad towards me and angrily changed the order. she aggressively slammed the debit machine in my hand along with my food. she didnt smileor apologize, and she didnt say any ferwells or goodbyes. genuinely not happy with the customer service, will not be going back.
If you are already a fan of Arby's then this location will make you a die-hard fan. This is my favorite fast food stop in Lloydminster as it never disappoints.If you are new to town or passing through and have not had a good experience at Arby's elsewhere, please consider stopping. This place will change your mind about Arby's. I suggest dining in as the staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice.
Clean, fast and friendly. A regular fixture of Lloydminster. I went here 25 years ago and it's still going strong today.
