I have been calling this place for a few years now. :) I live in Montreal and my mother and aunt and the rest of my family live in Lloyd. Marlene always helps me. She tells me what's coming in. What they have and how they can arrange it for me. Every time she does magic for a great price. My mum and aunt always send me pics and they are always very happy ! If you are in Lloyd, go there ! I am sure it's so much better in person. ! But if you don't live in Lloyd. Call them and ask for Marlene. Tell her Clare told you to call. She will take care of you!

My recent experience was extremely disappointing. This is unfortunate because Abby Road has been fine in the past - if a bit pricey.I have even recommended them to others, but from this point I will instead advise great caution.My son ordered a blue wrist corsage and matching boutonniere for graduation. He was quoted a price of $55 for the pair.When he went to pick up the flowers 1) the corsage was white, not blue and 2) he was told the cost was $85.When he questioned the price and said that was not what had been quoted, he was told "She must have read the screen wrong."He didn't want the flowers, but didn't want to make a scene so he left. Yes, he should have explained the problem. He takes responsibility for that.I do not blame Abby Road for not knowing that the flowers were incorrect - no one told them and they were not given a chance to correct that issue.My primary issue is with the "bait and switch" aspect of the pricing. He was given a quote when he ordered the flowers. Then the price nearly doubled and the quote was not honored.Between the order being wrong and the inflated pricing, the experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be using Abby Road again and I will be telling my friends why.
