Every year I get my mom flowers for her birthday from Art of lovers and they are always amazing, her birthday was last week and the flower still look as pretty as they did when I bought them. The staff is very helpful and always assist me in finding the perfect bouquet of flowers. I also love the other gift items they have in the store.
I was so pleased with the large floral bouquet that Art of Flowers designed for my dear friend. They spent time with me and had patience while I decided on what I wanted. The results were simply gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great customer service and gorgeous flowers!
Figured I would take a jump into the 21st century and order my flowers via Grower Direct. I chose this option since my significant other works in the same complex as the florist. I got up nice and early and placed an order only to be phoned just before lunch (approximately 4 hours later) and told they wouldn't deliver the flowers until the day after Valentines Day (which they tried to sell as a great alternative). In addition they were nice enough add a three to four business day wait on my refund so I was unable to afford to make other arrangements.Edit:2/21/18 In response to this review Grower Direct reached out and offered concessions for this experience. I was informed that this particular shop will soon not be affiliated with Grower Direct and as such will render this review less relevant. I will also note that I have not had issues with previous walk in service over the years and look I forward to posting a more positive review in the future. *Changed from 1 to 3 stars*
I went in looking for an arrangement for my daughtets birthday. The service was friendly, I was given several suggestions and was able to purchase it and leave it in the shop until I could pick it up after work. The flowers are lasting well and are beautiful!
Awesome service every time! They are so accommodating to price and flower choices and will always make it work within my budget. Beautiful, creative arrangements and gives back to our community often!
