Our heat went out late on a saturday night. It was freezing. They were very prompt and tried very hard to diagnose the problem over the phone so I wouldn't be charged extra. Spent a lot of time looking for the parts and when he couldn't find them sent me to someone he knew would have them. Highly recommend this company. Honest and kind.
Guardian is great! We had our water heater go and they had a new one installed before the end of the day. A few months later there was a problem with our furnace and they had it fixed the same day too. Great service, knowledgable staff.
