This past Friday we had plans to enjoy our hot tub with some friends; however, when we got home from work we realized that the hot tub had lost all power. Our troubleshooting led us to believe that the heater element had broke and needed to be replaced. We quickly got in contact with Calvin and explained the situation. Luckily he had a replacement element in stock and had a technician who was just finishing up a job. Now this was at 5:30 on a beautiful spring Friday night and the technician was done his shift at 5:00 so he could have refused to come to our house. However, he didn't refuse and showed up at our house promptly and ready to work. It happened to not be the heater element, but another issue which was quickly resolved and he was on his way. We had a great time that night hanging out with friends in our hot tub. R&D has always given us great service, but this time they really went above and beyond and were are very thankful for that.
These guys were just superior. Quote and install were fast and effective. The people were very friendly and easy to deal with. I will definetly be hiring these guys again on our next project. Thanks again guys!!!
On a Saturday we had a plugged line so called R&D. Within an hour Braden came to our rescue. Very personable young fellow and told us upfront what charges would be. Took his shoes off and brought a drop cloth for the many yards of snake he used. We are very pleased with service, work, and congeniality of both Braden and lady that took the call.
Was great service. Chad did the furnace cleaning and offered some great suggestions. He was very helpful and promptly on time. Thanks and i will definitely be calling again for the next service.
We have never had such great customer service. Calvin went above and beyond and referred us to John who also went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot problems with our fireplace. Thanks to both for great,prompt and friendly service.
