He was completely open and honest with features, pricing, financing and with any other questions I had. Dealing with the manager and finance team was pleasant and easy as well. There was one small defect that was noticed during the test drive and dealing with the service department was also an easy, pleasant experience.After sales follow up has been great too. I got a nice personalized vehicle guide specifically for my truck which included orientation for all of the specific features on my vehicle.I would definitely recommend Boundary Ford and Nico to anybody in the market for a new vehicle.
