We found out in short notice that our vehicle would be written off after my wife had been rear ended. We looked at many options for our 6 member family and decided that a Chrysler Pacifica made the most sense! I talked to Barry on Monday morning, he had a price and found my vehicle before 10 am. We said lets do it and before 4 pm the vehicle was in the lot. The price was the best any where (I had done my research) we were able to get a vehicle in time to return our Insurance rental and never be without a vehicle! I recommend Denham every time!!
This dealership has terrible service. I had to sit in a 3 car line up 2 hours just to get my oil changed. I watched 7 employees mulling around the service desk off and on the entire time while one kid was left to change oil by himself. Only one other worker even got with 10 feet or the trucks getting their lube oil changed and he was only there to play on the computer not to speed up the process. The bay can fit two vehicles at a time but instead they only did one at a time because god forbid anyone other than the lowest employee on the totem pole does oil changes. I will not be returning to this dealership again if this is what the call an express lane
