So disappointed with their service I went their with a hope that nissan know their vehicle and how to fix it turns out someone they call mastertech don't know what is the actual problem and giving me a quote for $1300 and telling me that even after they fix it they can't guarantee that it will actual solve the problem.
The service department is great to deal with. Fair in pricing, honest and forth coming. Never try to push you into getting extras done that dont need to be. Work is do e in a timely manner.
My very first visit to the Lloyd Nissan. So impressed with my experience. Had a problem with my murano. Called the place where I'd purchased it at 8:00am Waited till 10 still no response. Called Lloyd. They got me in by 2:30 out by3:30. Offered to help me with other issues. As 6:00 pm. Still haven't heard back form my dealer. So guess who's going to get my business !!!!As i've said. I'm still doing all my business with Nissan Lloyd. Have not been back to Edmonton since. Thanks Guys for great Service
