Beds are comfy, staff are friendly. Didn't wow me by any means and it's a bit rough around the edges. Lots of dinged up wood, bathroom light is blown, and the room is fairly dusty. They don't clean their ac/heat filters very well, which is likely part of it.The rooms could be quieter, you can hear people in other rooms talking and hear their TVs.Update: I had to lower the score even more because I underestimated just how well you can hear the people in the room next to you. On top of that the internet is absolutely atrocious. Barely usable, can't even get work done, let alone use it for entertainment.What a waste of money, there are better hotels in Lloydminster that are cheaper!
Hotel breakfast is good. The pool and hot tub are great. The beds and rooms are not very clean. Use caution and look for the dirty stains.
Horrible customer service I went into hotel a few months back to set some rooms aside for my wedding next year. After speaking to a girl at front desk and having everything set aside she told me her manager would call me and send me a contract to look over and sign well 2 weeks go by and i got nothing. so I called turns out they had wrong email address so I gave it to them again and I still got nothing. When i called back lady at front desk she told me everything was all set up now. in June I stop by hotel to look at a suite and explain I had set rooms aside for my wedding well turns out they have no reservation block booked for me and she told me her manager would call me Monday well no manager called me so I called them back and they still can't find reservation and told me manager will call me next day well that didn't happen ether still no call obviously this manager does a horrible job running there hotel guess my 80 guests will stay somewhere else.
Big rooms at a good price. Clean building. Helpful staff. The breakfast is decent.
Service was great. Room was spacious and had good amenities (microwave, sink, etc.) The couch was a little rough looking, but that was fine. Check out at 12 was welcomed.
