This is not the best Ramada I've seen, but I'll know better after tonight's sleep

Older hotel. Had a bad experience by a smoking room. Was switched to a non smoking but didn't change my feeling about Hotel
The bathroom door was broken, and wouldn't close,a dead bug was on the wall of the shower, and the toilet handle was broken. Surely these rooms were checked yesterday? The heater/ ac unit worked at least. We left and booked into a different hotel.
I have stayed here many times with no issues, however I had an unfortunate experience during my last visit. I got into the room hoping for a quick lie down. I pulled back the blankets on the bed when I noticed several clear stains on the sheets. Disgusted, I pulled the rest of the blankets off and noticed several more huge stains. I don't know how this was missed but it was a definite oversight on the staff's part. I left the room, informed reception, and was given a new room (which was fine). This isn't a pay by the hour motel. Stained sheets are completely unacceptable.
