Your very basic place. WiFi is sketchy. Noisy. Cheap but effective.
This place is sketchy as f***. The staff are pretty nice but its not much cheaper than a hotel room. If they renovate their rooms I could give 5 stars.

Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly the room was clean, comfy and quiet. The price beat everything else in town.
The one and only reason I can't give this place 5 is because of the wifi.The staff here are a pleasure! From the front desk to the cleaners. I've stayed here multiple times and I've never been disappointed. It's a motel. They're all basically the same. They do have laminate flooring in some rooms which livens the place up a bit. But as far as how clean it is, I again never had a problem, if you do, bring it to the front desk, it will be rectified almost instantly. I will stay here everytime I'm in lloydminster happily, can't get enough of the nice people.
